Was invited to do a initial interview and it took 4 reschedules to get it done. The first 3 times I was notified moments before what was supposed to be the start of the interview that the recruiter needed to reschedule. The last one I didn't get the link from the recruiter and 20 minutes into the time frame I got an email from them finally asking why I didn't log in. The actual interview took 10 minutes and I was told I would hear back one way or the other in a week. That was honestly months ago, after multiply reschedules and having to take time off from my current job I would hope to at least get something.
