3rd party interview on how you manage at work and another online interview with 2 interviewers. Both interviews are quite ok. Some technical questions but mostly on work ethics and work style

I had a phone interview and then a panel interview with either 3 or 4 workers there. They asked typical interview questions about my background and how I would do in certain situations.

Screener 15 min late for interview, very loud background, couldn’t hear interview questions, wouldn’t answer salary questions, waste of time. Interviewer had no technical knowledge, basically needed buzz words to pass on to the hiring manager.
