You first have to submit an application form that you download online. Here you are asked a sequence of questions, where you can draw up from past experiences, and demonstrate what you learned. You are then invited to a video interview, which is what I am going to discuss.

I uploaded my application online. I had applied for two marketing positions, got rejected from the first one and got a video interview from the second one. The process took 3 weeks. I never heard back after the interview
