So the purpose of this position is to improve the overall English ability of sales managers, and general managers. I initially applied through linkedin, and they got back to me very quickly to schedule an interview. After the Webex internview, I was requested to two case studies, one of which is a writing assessment, the other one is a teaching plan. After I submitted the two assignments, it took them over 3 weeks to give me an offer (a very long time indeed...). I had another phone call with the HR manager, who discussed logistics and compensation with me. After I accepted, I was asked to sign forms.
