I applied for the Graduate Software Developer role at Pexlify that required me to complete a 5 question assignment. This assignment involved me using the Salesforce platform (that I am not familiar with) to demonstrate how I can self-learn and solve the given questions. The assignment took me a few days to complete. After submitting my assignment and emailing Pexlify to confirm I completed the assignment, I have not received any type of reply to suggest the status of my application. I have recently emailed again to get the status of my application and they have not replied. I would not recommend applying to this company if they're just going to not reply to people who have put in a big effort in order to obtain a job opportunity.

Applied through indeed, was shortlisted to complete a 3 week assessment before talking to anyone from the company. Assessment consisted of five questions that required using the salesforce development environment. "Requirements 1 – 3 are mandatory while requirements 4 and 5 are optional (Candidates who complete requirements 4 and 5 successfully would have a big advantage).". After completing the assessment there is a HR phone screen, then an onsite interview that is about an hour and a half long. Onsite is done in a style of a white board coding exercise interview, but done with paper and pen. Its the completely wrong way of doing it. During the onsite was asked about the assessment, explain code that I wrote and things about salesforce to see if I understood what it was and how it worked. There was also basic programming/database interview questions done on paper. Was ok messed up database section as I wasn't expecting them to be asked and did not study up on them before onsite took place. After 4/5 weeks I heard through indeed that I was not offerd a job. Would have been nice to get it from the company itself as there is a lot of work to be done just to talk to someone from the company.
