Interview process was great, one online one in person, HR was very responsive and helpful. Interviews were structured and planned well. A bit intimidating as there were over 5 people on the interview but overall good experience and easy to talk to.

The whole process was a positive experience. The recruiter I worked with friendly and made sure I was accommodated for my on-site interview. The interview consisted of fair, engaging questions asked by friendly, professional people.

Entrevista
Group interview: Section manager and team leaders. After the initial sit-down, I received a plant tour. Returning to the section manager's office, HR person, manager, and I briefly discussed salary. Comments were that it was a good interview on my part. I left and never heard from them again in the 2.5 months since.
Overall Peterbilt is nice people whose HR department could improve by providing definite closure.
