arrived early, interviewed by 4 managers, the questions are really basic: how do you a product to pet parents, how do you deal with a upset costumer, do you have any pet and why do you choose petsmart.
Very disorganized in the beginning but I finally got in touch with the right person and the remainder of the process was seamlless. They were willing to take a chance on me and I really appreciated that

Short and sweet. Offered job same or next day. Single interview and consisted of easy to answer questions and was with 2 managers, at the same time. Job was amazing! I only left due to a major car accident that caused a horrible back surgery.
