I applied and had a quick phone interview basically consisting of why I want the job and previous experience. The in person interview was about a week later. Right after the interview she said I was hired. I started a few days later.

They asked me about bad customer scenarios (i.e. how would you react in this situation), a time I didn't get along with another coworker, what type of environment I work best in, etc. It was the basic interview questions you find online. Even if you have no previous experience with animals or in retail, they do not seem to mind as long as you are teachable.

I got a call from the store manager two days after I applied to schedule an interview. Then I had the interview with 2 team members and a background check after.
Good interview. Ask a lot of good very insightful questions. Cares about who they were talking to. Would recommend talking with this company. Was not hard at all. Just be prepared.
