Entrevista
Very long process, application form plus 2 minute video, after that there is a personality test and after that if you are successful you are called to a Round 1 Assessment Centre which is made up of a pre-prepared presentation, groupwork, language tests (if relevant) and a one to one interview. If you are successful at this stage you will be called for another Assessment Centre which was much less fun than the previous one in my experience. Another presentation, more groupwork and three individual interviews.

We started to apply with a CV Video of 2mn. If our application was well received, we were expected at the headquarters for a workshop with different people and individual interviews. It was a long and though day, but an incredible experience.

J'ai eu un premier entretien RH puis un entretien avec l'equipe pour integrer le groupe.

Entrevista
1 day of interviews, with a presentation, then followed by group work in which you presented your marketing strategy to all of the other interviewees. There was then am individual interview which was very short and informal.
