First stage was a video interview with a recruiter, very friendly, talked a lot about the company and their expectations as well as asking what am i looking for. It was a great way to see if both sides wanna move forward with recruitment. Had time to ask questions and he answered all of them. Then I received an assignment where had to reply to some email from customers. Third and last stage was interview in Travelperk office, one more assessment then three separate interviews with team leader, HR, and customer service director.

30 min call with recruiter. 2 hours presencial interview with team leader and operations manager, including 30min Amadeus assessment including 13 questions. Last was 30min interview with the customer care director.
