Very complete a deep process. Every step of the way was properly explained and guided by the recruitment team and also the TL and VP of the CC department, making me feel very comfortable and informed.
Siempre muy bien informado en todo momento, te van diciendo los pasos que habrá. El inicio del proceso de selcción es una buena experiencia, porque están muy claros todos los puntos.

It was a quite long interview process with 4 interviews in total, a competency test and a reference check.
At first I thought this is way too much effort for a company to hire a customer service employee. Towards the end I started to understand the reasons. They really seem to care about you as a person and the cultural fit. They want to make sure you match the team and the overall company culture. Everyone I spoke to was super friendly and kind, which motivated me to get the job.
Furthermore, I always felt well informed about the status quo and the further steps.
Summing up, it's a long process but it's well thought out.
