Went back and forth emailing the person who recruited me for a few weeks before i got an interview date set. Sat down with the Branch Manager and Construction Manager and went through my previous work experience and education. Very standard interview.

Interview process went smoothly. Started with a 30 minute phone screening with a recruiter. Was then called back to set up a video interview with the general contractor of the location I applied for. Entire process took about two weeks.

Super simple questions, great and friendly recruiter. The process was a phone interview and then a in person interview. In person interview definitely showed the vibe of the office, and I actually loved it.

The interview was over the phone. I was asked a couple general questions about my experience and leadership style. Also a couple questions about availability and traveling. Interviewer was very friendly and the whole process was very good.
