I interviewed with a campus recruiter who then proceeded to offer me an internship. There was an internship kickoff at an amazing resort in Scottsdale, AZ where we stayed for a couple of days. I interned twice, then got an interview for a full time position with the company in SoCal. There was a phone interview, and then they flew me out for a second interview, to which I received my offer approximately 2-weeks after.

Interview process went smoothly. Started with a 30 minute phone screening with a recruiter. Was then called back to set up a video interview with the general contractor of the location I applied for. Entire process took about two weeks.

Super simple questions, great and friendly recruiter. The process was a phone interview and then a in person interview. In person interview definitely showed the vibe of the office, and I actually loved it.

The interview was over the phone. I was asked a couple general questions about my experience and leadership style. Also a couple questions about availability and traveling. Interviewer was very friendly and the whole process was very good.
