El proceso es bastante informal y sencillo, buscan que te encuentres cómodo a la hora de realizar cada uno de los pasos en el proceso de selección, se fijan bastante en que hagas el match con la compañía y que tu nivel de inglés sea intermedio para poder tener un rendimiento adecuado en la compañía

Entrevista
The interview process was long and hectic. There were 5 rounds including technical, HR, Group discussions.
But the difficulty level of all the rounds was average.
In my understading Perficient wants to ckheck the grasping power of the candidate. They focus more on the learning capabilities of the candidate.
