Over the phone at first (45 minutes or so) with the managing director, then came into the office to meet several other practice leads in 3-4 different 20 minute interviews. Friendly, hospitable process.

EPAM Follows the traditional interview process -> HR - Hiring Manager - role Peers (Several rounds) - SVP/Head of the department - Offer. Interviews are generally relaxed and average in difficulty.

Very accelerated -- position was open > 1 year and the job skills requirements and position criteria was ambiguous; however, I have a well-rounded background and was able to not only meet but exceed their criteria.
