Entrevista
I attended a networking event and talked to 4 employees. One of four referred me to a position. HR contacted me for a phone screening and then arranged a phone interview with two interviewers. No technical questions. Some questions about the company and your skillsets in the resume. It was more like a conversation rather than questioning and answering.
Behavioral portion asking my interests, and questions about my experience in coding and debugging systems. There was a technical Portion with 2 debugging questions, asking how I would resolve issues.

Entrevista
I talked with a current engineer on the project and he was very casual. He made me feel comfortable and allowed me to explain different experiences. It was a great experience.

Met over a call; was able to ask a lot of questions and vice versa, felt more like a conversation than an intense interview. Asked more behavioral than technical questions.
