4. Phone interview with hiring mgr led to in-person interview two days later.

Initial screening call with recruiter to discuss job description and validate my qualifications. Once my clearance was verified, I had a second interview with the hiring manager. They asked a mix of technical and behavioral questions.

Methodical process with technical questions. Wish it was an easier process. Took a while to get application through the initial steps. Waited about 3 weeks to finally hear that I did t make it to the next stage.

I received a call to review my resume posted online, and to set up an interview. Within a few days, I received a phone interview and impressed the interviewer enough to skip straight to an offer asap. Within a week, I filled out some paperwork to ensure my eligibility, then I was officially given an offer immediately.
