      Entrevista

One on campus interview and one on site interview at a Frito factory. I thought my first on campus interview went terrible. Interviewer seemed liked she didn't care and wanted it to be over with. She wrote about 10 words at most in her interview booklet per question. And then she went on to tell me how I wouldn't like the job. But somehow I received a second round. For the second round, first it was a meet-and-greet and at a restaurant. Just get to know everyone. The key is to talk to everyone and be friendly. I sat in the middle of the table, but the Pepsi employees sat at the end, so it was hard to talk. I think this may have affected me not getting an offer. Then the next day was plant tours, job previews, and interviews. For the interviews, it was two 30 minute interviews, 1-on-1. Some were asking the standard behavioral questions where others were more just sit and talk. There were some 15-odd people for about 4 positions, so poor odds of getting an offer. The job seemed like you would work 50-60 hours a week regularly.

      Entrevista

Met the recruiters at a career fair on campus at UCR. Gave my resume and was told to apply online/career center website. Was invited for an on campus interview a few weeks later. Did good and now I am awaiting a second interview next week. The second interview appears to be with higher up managers and will be located at their production plant in Riverside.

      Entrevista

I interviewed in Pepsi Beloit, in Nov 2015. I know I will never forget this bad experience. The panel for my second interview were two guys in the Sustainability team. They talked very rudely to me and literally told me that "they don't need a person with my qualifications for the job". Well, my qualifications hadn't changed since they called me onsite. I felt singled out when he said "you can probably take my job because you can do it better", and I felt that he was saying this because I am not a US citizen. Secondly, Pepsi did not refund me my expenses because "They accidentally lost my records" and asked me twice for the documentation be filled again. I know Pepsi doesn't sponsor H1B Visas and I will never recommend or have business with this company again.

Why do you want to work for Pepsi, since you can work with much better companies with your experience?

      Entrevista

The interview was taken place in one of their fulfillment site. It was the first round, and there was another round if you got in. I was told there were two 30min interviews, but after the first one, I was told all set. For some reason, they decided to have only one interview instead of two on the spot. The recruiters had a three pages list of questions to ask about. I was asked about 10 of them. And the result came out in 24 hr. It was a really fast paced process.

      Preguntas de entrevista [1]

      Pregunta 1

Q1: What was your experience of changing others' mind? Q2: If you are selected, you will be working in an environment with different types of staffs. Some of them are just fresh out of college as you, the other might have been worked in the company for many years. So, how will you convince them?
