At first I had telephone interview to discuss my CV and experience with very lovely Recruitment Manager. I have received feedback really quickly and communication was great. Second stage was face to face interview with my line manager. I received very useful information on preparation, prior to interview which was very helpful. I feel it gave me very good feel of organisation at this point.
