Three-step process. Met with both management and several clinical members. The questions and discussions varied from both personal questions to in-depth discussions of clinical scenarios and background. Overall it was a fairly straightforward process, nothing unusual or unexpected.

The interview process is long but doable. My interview took about 30 minutes and it was with 1 person but if I moved on it would've been with more people. They said there is an average of 2 to 3 interviews in the process.

I was contacted by a recruiter to set up an interview. The date was set and I arrived. I was greeted by a manager who led me to an office where another manager and nurse educator were waiting. I sat down with them for about an hour. It went well and they were all friendly and welcoming.
