I found the lab which I was interested in primarily through the web. I contacted their administrative assistant who set me up with an with a visit to the lab. The visit started with me giving the lab a 30 minute presentation covering my research followed by about 30 minutes of questions. We took a lunch break and then I spoke with individuals one on one.
