You are interviewed in 3 sections. First by a panel of current employees, who ask pointless random questions and laugh at stuff. Then by the department head who digs a little deeper into your resume and you as a person. Finally there is a small get together with everyone in the department where the almost interrogate you and make uncomfortable situations for someone who inst a big people person.
