Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Penn State (Penn, PA) en jun 2016
Entrevista
Very quick process from application to interview. I applied in April. Received a request for a phone interview in early June and after the phone interview I was invited for face to face within a day. The process was typical of faculty interviews. You meet with the search committee as a group and they ask questions from a list. You make a research presentation and then give what they call a chalk talk. It is an informal discussion about your teaching.

Pregunta 1
Why do you want to work at Penn State Harrisburg. The questions were what you would expect from most university interviews.
Full day of meetings with faculty followed by a research presentation and teaching demonstration. Lots of difficult questions, but the faculty was great. Resources for starting up research and scholarship were sparse, which made success difficult.
