Entrevista
The interview process was thorough, well-organized, and made me feel valued from the very start. It began with a conversation with the Talent Acquisition team, which set a positive tone—they were friendly, transparent, and gave a clear overview of the role and next steps.
From there, I had a series of interviews: first with a department lead, then with the department manager, and finally with a representative from HR. Each conversation built on the last, and I appreciated how intentional the process felt. Everyone I spoke with was professional, genuinely interested in getting to know me, and open about the expectations and culture.
The experience gave me confidence in the organization and confirmed that it’s a place that values alignment, communication, and people.

Entrevista
I first had a phone interview with the recruiter, then an onsite interview with 4 managers and a final interview with the department head. The whole process took about 6 weeks end to end. Everything was organized and well communicated. I met with about 6 people total and the entire process was very smooth. All the interview questions were very basic behavioral based interview questions.
