After 8 interviews (each 30 mins long), I was ghosted.
If a candidate is spending 4 hours interviewing with your company, the least you can do is communicate. In a world filled with technology, I have a hard time comprehending such incompetence and lack of sincerity.
After talking to recruiter, there is usually theres a convo with the manager, then a few back to backs with peers, and finally a final call with skip level manager
