It was a normal interview, virtually due to COVID of course. My recruiter was so sweet and welcoming! The interview was quick, but detailed. I appreciated the questions asked, it was easy to prepare for with general knowledge and some research done on my end. Everyone throughout the process has been so sweet and helpful!

At your current job, in your role, do you have any weekly/monthly, etc. KPIs or goals you have to achieve?
Fairly simple and standard customer service interview but I was rescheduled with very little notice which was annoying. I accepted the offer ultimately because the pay is very good especially for this industry.

Online application and quick response for a skills test then interview.
The interview was a video call with two other people, a recruiter and the potential manager.
The manager asked questions mostly pertaining to my faults, failures, mistakes, and harsh criticisms from my previous jobs. I wasn't expecting to have so many negative questions be asked of me. To bring up example after example of areas I lacked in was weak in was so odd. By the time they asked if I had any questions, the 30 minutes allotted was almost over. I don't remember any discussion of the job responsibilities.
