Entrevista
It began with an email invite from a Director to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview took place which was very short and to the point. I was then invited to the headquarters where I thought I would be meeting with the Director but ended up meeting with an individual who came across as having very little experience conducting interviews. He was very disengaged and showed little interest in holding dialogue with me. I am not sure if it was the amount of experience I brought to the table or he was just not polished enough in interviewing. One thing is for sure is how you treat prospective employees reflects how you treat current employees. I wonder how happy the call center staff really is.
