I applied through the website and was contacted by a recruiter a day later. We spoke over the phone the same week and they scheduled me for an interview with the hiring manager for the following week. The process is pretty straight forward and they ask standard interview questions. Then of course I was ghosted as usual. It seems that’s how most tech companies are conducting interviews
