My experience with the Recruitment team was very awful and very un-professional, nothing wrong to reject or drop the idea of considering by various factors which is very much appreciated and every one knows that the chances of getting through the interview process is depends on various factors. however, the HR/Recruitment people should have more polite to call or reply to our emails when they cannot consider for the position that to after couple of rounds of interviews. they cannot keep silent or completely ignoring our emails and phone calls are something not very welcoming when they consider for senior level positions and never experienced in my past 15+ years career life that to from any MNC organization like Pega. Totally unhappy with their response policy once they don't want to consider after couple of rounds screening.
