not a good and effective process describe have not shortlisted the people who know java but just who luckily pass aptitude ,shortlisted 60 from 200 students then removed all the talented people in the first round of technical and selected at last from the rejected list only
The interview process was short, the interviewers respond quickly with advanced feedback. Overall, the technical interview is matched with the position, the soft skill questions are not too hard and the technical questions are related to the position's responsibilities.

Technical interview 2 rounds followed by Manager and HR rounds. If a person was able to clear first round then will be moved to next round. The interview process is smooth and supported by recruitment teams.
