The interview process was standard, I had 2 interviews for the assistant store manager position. One with the regional manager and the other with the district manager. The regional manager interview focused on overall store activity and operations, sales, how to improve store functions, customer satisfaction, etc. The interview with the district manager focused solely on internal employee satisfaction and management styles.
