A recruiter called me and scheduled a phone interview. He ended up calling me a few hours before that interview and rescheduling it to a different day/time. Was nice during the interview but asked questions that I felt were irrelevant to the overall job description. No situational questions, etc. Said he would call back by the end of the day and never did.
