Worst Experience of my Life. There were 2 technical rounds at the starting they were good. But the Managerial round was one of the worst and rudest interview I have ever had.

Entrevista
I recently went through four rounds of interviews. Here’s a breakdown of each round:
First Round: Technical Basics (Java 7, Java 8, and SQL)
This round tested my technical knowledge in:
Java Basics: Questions on Strings, Collections, Exception Handling, and Functional Interfaces.
Java 8 Features: They asked me about lambda expressions and Stream API.
SQL: They tested my SQL skills, like writing queries and understanding joins.
Second Round: Project-Based Discussion
This was all about the projects I’ve worked on.
They asked about the challenges I faced.
I explained which modules I handled and my contributions.
I shared how I resolved technical and functional problems during the development phase.
Third Round: Spring Boot and Microservices
This round focused on Spring Boot and microservices-related topics:
Exception Handling: How to handle exceptions in Spring Boot.
Logging: Best practices for logging in a Spring Boot application.
Microservices: Questions on architecture, inter-service communication, and REST APIs.
Annotations: They tested my knowledge of important annotations like @RestController, @Autowired, and @Transactional.
4. Final Round: Design Patterns
This round was all about design patterns.
They asked which design patterns I’ve used in my projects.
I explained my experience with Singleton and Factory patterns.
I was asked to implement the Singleton pattern with these requirements:
It should be thread-safe.
It should use lazy initialization.

Despite clearing technical rounds, the managerial round with Sameer B. was a negative experience. His judgmental attitude and unprofessional behavior made the interview a stressful ordeal, highlighting the potential for a toxic work environment.
