Meeting in person delayed for 2 hours because a guy went partying yesterday with clients. Quick interview with lots of personal questions not focused on the job. Interviewer didn't respect my experience because of this attitute to my current company. Never got any feedback but a generic reply.

Totaly a waste of time, you come there and need to spend more than 3 hours for just to see a presentetion of the company services. There were my candidates at the same time, they always will prefer a native English speaker, even if they have no experience.
