Applied online to the New College Grad program, first step is a phone call with the recruiter which takes about 20-30 minutes, just standard phone screening questions. After this, I got a hackerrank assessment to complete. The final step is a 1-hour interview, half behavioral where you walk through some projects and experiences, and half technical where you review some questions from your hackerrank and answer some general OOP and coding questions. Offer came in the next day

Pregunta 1
Describe the advantages and disadvantages of the two OOP designs (from the hackerrank).
First round with recruiter, phone screen.
Second round with senior engineer, trivia.
Third round with staff & senior engineer, live coding react question.
Third round was pretty hard if you have not seen the question before.
I had a phone call scheduled with a recruiter. She messaged me half hour before the interview saying the positon is filled so no need to interview. I mean why did you schedule the call in the first place and gave hopes then?
