I applied online and it seemed as though every store in the area called and then an interview was made for about a week later where it was a casual sit down in a food court that lasted about 20 minutes or less and then about 2 weeks went by without hearing anything then I interviewed over the phone with the upper management for about 10 minutes and then another week and a 1/2 before getting the job offer but the start date wasn't given to me for about another week.

The manager looked at her shoes and asked me to sell them to her? and then showed me a counter watch and told me to tell her what it was and what it was for in the store.

Entrevista
It was quite professional and easy. Mostly common questions were asked and some situational questions on customer service. Describing a situation where you handled rude customers., about your strength and weakness and similar behavioral questions.
The interviewer was a very nce person.

Brief not too hard. It only took 20 minutes. Manager asked very simple questions. Honestly though if you want more hard working people probably have a little bit more of difficulty with the hiring process seems like anyone can get hired.
