The interview process consisted of an online excel test, a test in the office, and an interview with department managers. This all sounds simple and it was, just very time consuming. When I arrived at the office, the recruiter did not really listen to anything I said and started my test in a completely different name. I completed the test and turned it in. They had me redo the test because the results were logged under the wrong name. I spoke with a couple of department managers right after testing and was grateful that they were upfront and honest about hours. There is lots of mandatory overtime in this position. One even mentioned that it is a very difficult job when you have children.There are months that are completely blacked out for leave. I met with another manager and then went home to process the information. I was offered the position and called back to talk about other options and was unable to get a hold of my recruiter. I sent an email letting her know that I just could not commit to the insane amount of hours and would like to discuss one of the other positions that has less overtime. She never got back to me. I guess it wasn't meant to be.

Had a phone interview and an in person interview. Process was simple and they expected the STAR approach to answering questions. There were 3 people that interviewed me, all were fairly easy-going.
