The interview process was smooth for me. I tailored my resume to meet the job qualifications, applied on a Thursday and got a email on the next day. I interviewed the next week over the phone and then the following Friday I did a face to face interview.

The interview was a open space to ask questions. No unnecessary questions. It was a lengthy process but worth the experience received. No one interviewing me showed any form of discomfort . The interviewers were interested genuinely in my job experience and skills gained.

The interview process is super seamless! My recruiter Chris really made sure I was fully aware with what to expect throughout the interview process and life at Paycom. I had my phone interview with Chris and then less than a week I was brought in for an in person interview with 2 Team Leads in the actual department I applied for. Meet my recruiter face to face also during this interview too. As long as you pay attention to all the information your recruiter provides you to prepare for the interview you will feel as confident as I did interviewing for this role.
