The interview process was comprehensive and smooth. Paycom representatives proactively communicated through the entire process. It started with a phone conversation to identify initial fit. From there, I had a virtual interview and then an in-person interview, that included a presentation. Even though it sounds like a lot, it was very beneficial and allowed for both parties to identify fit. Overall, I really enjoyed the process!
