The interview process is pretty simple: phone screen, video interview with team lead(s), and a final interview with department leadership. The phone screen was the easiest part, and the video interview with the team leads was a breeze, though the more "meatier" of the interviews. They ask typical work experience questions and about how you like to work. The interview with department leadership was more low-key, despite it being the final interview. It was more of a vibe check and a get-to-know-the-person type of interview rather than a drill down of work history. Altogether, the interview process was pretty painless. Compared to other places (some with 6+ interviews!), Paycom's interview process was both thorough and personable. I look forward to whatever is next.
