Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Paycom (Miami, FL) en feb 2020
Entrevista
The interview process took approx. 2 weeks. I did a phone screen with the recruiter Hailey, then a zoom call with the sales manager Brendan, then an in person with the sales manager, then a zoom call with the regional vice president Amy. While I wasn't offered the role, the interview process was extremely pleasant. The recruiter was extremely thorough in answering my questions as well as making sure I was prepared and felt confident going into each conversation. I have interviewed with a lot of companies in the past and it is clear when recruiters care and when they do not. I learned a lot from speaking with the sales manager and regional vice president too, very smart people who are passionate about the company and it shows.

Applied through Glassdoor. Initial phone interview with recruiter. Proceeded with Zoom meeting with Sales Manager that covers San Diego. Not on time, and she was not attentive in the interview as she was focused on her other screen.

Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Paycom (Boston, MA) en jun 2020
Entrevista
Got an employee referral from a close friend. Waited a couple weeks and took a couple reminder texts to hear back, but got a phone screen. The phone screen was low-pressure enough but lasted about an hour and went pretty in-depth. From what I've seen on Glassdoor, the interview process gets much more intense as you advance. In the end I sadly didn't make it past the phone screen because my experience didn't align enough with the job. I currently have a marketing job and they prefer either candidates fresh out of college, or with direct B2B sales experience.
