At first there was a call with one of the recruiters. Then they've setup a face-to-face interview with one of the senior developer for about 30 mins( which is pretty straight forward). Later I was asked to attend the Tech Night in November. It was a two day event and the interviews will be held on the second day. Interview was about 30 mins again and this was just about my resume and my interests. This was the case with almost all the interviews. Later I was told that there isn't a role for me to fit in. The recruiter didn't even give the reason for the reject. It's not something you expect from a HR based company.
