First there was a phone interview with the recruiter from HR. Then there was a first in person interview that was very professional. After that there was a second in person interview that was very casual.

seems a bit long: phone interview with recruiter, meeting with sales manager, meeing with zone manager, before offer letter is sent. about three months from completing the application to my first day at work
