Manage interviews and ask questions about your background and scenario baaed questions. They are desperate because of the high turnover rate. 9/10 they will hire you. They will try to hook you in bu telling you about the Rochester,NY trip. What they dont tell you is no one wants to go. Its boring 9/10 you will be home sick.

Interview process consisted of 2 interviews and one shadowing session. Interview questions were pretty standard STAR structure. I interviewed in person with one supervisor while one other was on a video call.

Describe a time when you made a mistake and how you handled it
I had two interviews. First one was with one manager and the second was with two other managers. The interview s lasted about 30 minutes each. They asked about my payroll background and several questions that started out with, "tell me about a time..."

Very simple. A round table interview with scenario-based questions. They ask mostly about previous interactions with co-workers as well as customers. It is a customer service job and you are dealing with payroll which can get very overwhelming
