Entrevista
A recruiter reached out and we had an intro call to talk about my experience and a little bit about Paychex. I denied the second call once the recruiter told me the base for the role was $41,000 in Dallas, TX.

Initial recruiter call followed by call with the hiring manager.
The hiring manager missed the scheduled interview and I had to reach out to the recruiter to reschedule.
The hiring manager was unprofessional and disrespectful. They were unable to define the companies value proposition or state what differentiates them in the marketplace. Basically, if you are tenacious and hustle, you’ll be successful. I immediately reached out to the recruiter to let them know there was no need to proceed any further.
Initial recruiter screen phone call. The in person with Hiring manager and our HR sales specialist . Followed by an with a VP of sales and then received an offer all within 3 weeks.

Recruiter call, then hiring manager, then peer manager, then in-person aspect (either with hiring manager or his boss). only made it to the third round so didn't get to do the in-person part.
My location and experience were on my resume and both discussed in the hiring manager interview. He said that he prefers to hire people without PEO experience and that I would be traveling long distances only once a month. After moving past the next stage, I was then denied and told that it was because I didn't have PEO experience and that he needed the applicant to be in a different location because they need to travel 2-3 times a week. Extremely frustrating.
