The interview process can take anywhere from 1-3 months. They are testing the applicant's ability to close the deal. If you are applying, make sure to be ethically and kindly aggressive. Don't let them tell you no and get ready for objection handling. You'll work with a recruiter, then you'll interview with the District Manager and finally you'll meet with the Regional Manager (if available). Make sure you ask lots of questions as well, that's a big deal in their process.

After submitting my resume a recruiter reached out and set up an initial interview. After that, you interview with a manager. If things progress you might come in for a role play or shadow someone in the field.

Entrevista
Recruiter phone interview. Interview with manager. 2 hour shadowing taken out of my full time workday and then a sales presentation interview. Was told I would hear back at the end of day after the presentation and heard nothing. Super bad look on the manager and company. Glad I dodged a bullet with this management and company! Unless you want hours of time wasted, I would steer clear.
