      Entrevista

      Initial Contact From US The initial first contact is from US from their Talent Recruiters , just basic CV screen. This followed by another US based Talent Recruiters screening , all phone based. Be careful there is no synergy between the Talent recruiters which means they do not have records of your previous answers and seem very disorganised and mostly have zero clue about competencies the role you are applying for. Dublin Contact a week or so after the US phone screen you will receive a call from their Dublin based Talent Recruitment Partner. Here the person will be more direct and will inform you about a series of telephonic screens from the hiring manager and your future peers. They will all ask you the same questions , the only interest I see from the peers is to ensure they fill out the form (must be part of their bonus plan). the hiring manager will though ask you everything they want. Then will call you to face to face interview. One with your hiring manager and other site their site leadership team. if you make it out of here , the trickiest part follows Tricky Part - 2 sections 1)If you make it so far , your Dublin based Talent Recruiter will then send you a electronic form to fill out. It will ask you to enter Job tittle and period of last 5 years. Be careful here as later they will check this using a external security vetting firm. Incorrect job tittles and lies on gaps will come out. Also they do not send this to the references you provide , what the security vetting firm does is it sends it to the HR department. They call the company in person and ask for a HR contact and mention they want to vet the person who worked for them to ensure job tittles and work periods are correct. In the form they will also ask you to list the last educational qualification you had , name of college and years. They will actually ask you for a transcript copy, so ensure you enter details correctly. The security firm will send it to the educational institute directly. They can do this for all countries in Europe , US , Asia , mostly anywhere in the world. This process takes from 3 to 7 weeks. 2) Another form where you need to list 5 references. they send them email questionnaires about you. It's pretty straightforward. The offer Shares if all works out well with no falsification then the offer comes. The usual benefits medical blah blah blah , but interestingly dependent on your position and senerity you will be told that you will get shares Managers - 12K USD, Snr Mngrs - 24K USD , Directors - 32KUSD which will be yours after 4 years of service. Bonus till snr Mngr - 10% annual , Director 15% , VP's etc get 20% Salaries are not great , expect 10-20% lower then the market rate. Unless you are a director or VP no individual office , just a desk space. The Reality I accepted and worked there and reality came home very soon as a disastrous nightmare. Absolutely disorganised . Everything is down to you. Cover your backside and blame anyone else mentality in the organisation. Quietly and silently I worked to get another opportunity and left ....... Also they are not doing very well. So expect redundancies ....... sudden and brutal
