I applied online, the process took about two weeks. I was called for an initial phone screening with really easy questions concerning my background. A week later I was given an appointment for an interview. I was interviewed by two people, the manager of the Australian team and the colleague, that would take over that position for the next couple of months. It was a very pleasant chat, about my experience with questions regarding my experiences with tough clients, how did I handle them, teamwork and tolerance toward other cultures. Left there feeling good as to how the interview went, but was called 3 days later with the information that I was unsuccessful.
