I submitted my resume online. I received a email the next day. About a week later a phone interview was set up. The person called from California. He talked very quickly about the job, said there would be 3 technical interviews on the phone after this one and then if I made it through that they would bring me onsite for a day of interviews. Then he jumped right into the questions. The questions were all coding questions. I we talked through them and it was difficult due to my limited coding experience. I could tell pretty quickly this was not a fit.
