      Entrevista

      TL;DR: The entire process took 3 months, communication was very difficult to achieve with Talent Acquisition, and feedback was generally non-existent. Now for details. Application process was pretty standard for online. Got my initial phone screen call after about a week. I was told that the hiring manager wanted to fill the position ASAP. This turned out not to be the case. In person interview was scheduled for 2 weeks later. After the interview, which involved the hiring manager, and another team member, I waited almost 2 weeks to get any feedback from Talent Acquisition (TA). At that time, I was told that I would be moving forward in the process. I wasn't scheduled for these interviews, which consisted of 2 Skype calls, for another few weeks, and they were scheduled for 2 weeks after that. After those calls, I waited in limbo for another month, then to be told that they had chosen another candidate. When I would email the TA contact, I wouldn't get any kind of response for sometimes a week, if at all. The entire post-application process was terrible, and took a ridiculous amount of time; most of which was being left in the dark. I feel like I've wasted the last 3 months.
